Role Overview
You’ll be a key member of our Member (B2C) product team, working closely with product, design, senior stakeholders and our delivery partner to shape and evolve complex products and services. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who brings strong pensions knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and well‑honed critical thinking skills, and who is confident operating at both a strategic and delivery level. You’ll be responsible for the definition and documentation of clear functional and non‑functional requirements, end‑to‑end customer journey mapping, and proactively identify pain points and opportunities to improve the member experience. You’ll translate business and proposition‑level needs into robust, customer‑centred solutions, influencing decision‑making, supporting new proposition development, and driving continuous improvement across our existing products and services — always keeping our members at the heart of everything you do.
Minimum Criteria
* Proven experience operating as a business analyst
* Strong demonstrable experience in occupational/defined contribution pension environment
* Demonstrate various business analyst techniques
* Awareness of risk management
* Experience of working in multi‑disciplinary teams
* Detail oriented but able to step back and consider bigger picture
Flexible and agile working
* Hybrid of office (Canary Wharf, London) and home working (expectation to attend the office once‑to‑twice a week or more, as required)
