You’ll work directly with families to create positive change while ensuring children remain safe, supported, and heard throughout every stage of their journey.

The Role As a Social Worker within Safeguarding & Support, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload involving children in need, child protection, and court work
* Complete assessments, care planning, and direct interventions
* Build effective relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
* Deliver strengths-based and child-centred practice
* Take decisive action where safeguarding concerns arise
* Work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment focused on achieving long-term positive outcomes
About You To be considered, you will:
* Hold a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)
* Be registered with Social Work England
* Have experience within children’s safeguarding services
* Be confident managing complex cases and risk
* Demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills
* Be committed to collaborative and inclusive practice
