Abuka is a trusted training provider in the Health and Social Care sector, dedicated to developing professionals across the industry. We are now recruiting a Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team.
Duties
Design, plan and deliver training programmes
Assess training needs through feedback and learner input
Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions
Monitor learner progress and evaluate training outcomes
Keep training materials updated and sector-compliant
Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
Work with partner organisations to support training quality
Requirements
Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
Experience in a health or social care training role
Good knowledge of core care topics and regulations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of healthcare terminology (desirable)
Ability to create clear, engaging training content
Able to motivate and support learners
Self-motivated and able to manage workload across locations
