Your main responsibilities will include: Client communication and handling queries promptly and professionally Preparing recommendation documentation and valuation reports Maintaining accurate and compliant client files Processing new business, fund switches and withdrawals Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority and liaising with providers Managing adviser workflows and supporting operational tasksSkills / experience: You will bring at least two years' experience in an IFA or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of ISA, investment and pension processes.
