Fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding FM provider and become the central point of communication between clients, engineers and management. You'll handle incoming enquiries, schedule engineers, prepare quotes, and ensure work is completed smoothly and efficiently. With long-term contracts secured and continued investment into their operations, they now require a Helpdesk Coordinator to support increasing demand. Your Role as a Helpdesk Coordinator will include:
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and engineers
* Handling incoming calls, emails and job requests
* Scheduling engineers and managing diaries efficiently
* Preparing quotes and updating job status through the CRM system

The successful Helpdesk Coordinator will need:
* Experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, coordination or FM admin role
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident using CRM systems, emails and basic computer software
* Highly organised, proactive and able to work in a busy office environment
