About the role:
We're looking to recruit a Children's Support Worker (Bank) to care for our young female clients who have complex health needs at their schools. You will be their 1:1 carer within their school setting. One of our clients school is in Shrewsbury and the other is in Telford.
This is a bank role, for occassional shifts to cover for their main support workers when they are off.
When you will be working:
* Bank cover - to cover when the regular support workers are off on holiday/sickness
* One of our clients shifts are weekdays 8.45am-3.15pm and the other shifts are 9am-3pm
* If you are a driver, we also have another children's care package in Shrewsbury for regular evening / weekend hours!
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
