We are looking to recruit a Recoveries Team Leader based in our client's Bolton office. The role involves professionally leading a well established recoveries team, ensuring team performance is to a suitable standard and many more.
You will be the lead of a determined recoveries team, managing performance and growing the team to perfection. To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate excellent team leading and recoveries experience.
Key Skills
* Strong customer focus and commitment to excellent service.
* Ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
* Experienced in handling technical motor claims and negotiating settlements.
* Skilled in team leadership with a positive, supportive management style.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
