About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager (BDM), UK-based, to lead our expansion across the UK and European markets. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in IT application services, digital transformation, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business development and revenue growth across the UK and Europe.
* Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
* Promote DSRC’s offerings in custom application development, digital transformation, support & maintenance, cloud, and AI-led services.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
* Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and delivery teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the IT services or software development sector.
* Demonstrated success in winning new business and managing C-level relationships.
* Strong understanding of UK and European technology buyers and offshore/onshore delivery models.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Required Skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication.
* Strong presentation and client engagement capabilities.
* Skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in digital transformation, cloud services, and application development sales.
* Familiarity with offshore/hybrid delivery models.
* Exposure to using Sales Automation Tools and CRM tools (like HubSpot, or Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
