A growing global trust, funds and corporate services provider is seeking a Director to join and lead their dynamic private wealth team, in a senior management role.

Overseeing a specialist team of administrators which services a varied portfolio of clients, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of the private wealth service line strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

Driving the development, implementation and review of the private wealth service strategy

Managing a portfolio of key client relationships and building strong working relationships

Identifying and driving potential new business opportunities

Managing the performance of the service team, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets

Demonstrating effective leadership and management in accordance with company values

Experience and skills required:

JFSC Category A employee and hold a table 4 qualification or be a regulator approved persons

Previous experience within private wealth

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand, inspire and develop others
