Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with

* To assist the General Manager in ensuring the smooth running of all hotel operations, including front desk and food & beverage services.
* To address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
* To monitor financial performance across the operational departments and implement measures to maximise profitability.
* To implement strategies to promote hotel services and enhance brand visibility.
* Maintaining high standards of service across all departments, providing training and development where needed.

manager
