IT Trainer / HR Systems Trainer (Interim – 4 Month Contract / FTC)
Location: West Midlands – Coventry / Birmingham / Warwickshire
Contract: Interim (Day Rate) or Fixed-Term Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Trainer to support a major HR systems implementation across a large, complex organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring end users are confident and capable in adopting the new system from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality training sessions to a diverse user base as part of a large-scale HR systems rollout.
* Deliver pre-developed content, ensuring it is communicated clearly, engagingly, and effectively.
* Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences and learning preferences.
* Provide post-training support and guidance to ensure successful system adoption.
* Collaborate closely with the HR Systems and Implementation teams to understand project timelines and user needs.
About You
1. Proven experience as an IT Trainer or Systems Trainer, ideally within HR or business systems.
