PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

COMPETITIVE SALARY
Progress Rail Services UK is seeking a Production Administrator to provide administrative support on a day to day basis across various production functions.
THE ROLE:
As a Production Administrator you will be required to:
* Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Expedite parts and update plans using ERP/MRP systems
* Maintain shop floor paperwork and accurate works order bookings
* Keep records updated in ERP/MRP and manual logs during downtime
* Coordinate HR tasks (interviews, holidays, training registers)
* Manage internal communications and support HSE briefings
* Assist with KPI tracking, requisitions, and booking-in
* Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as required
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Production Administrator:
* Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
* Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
* Good communication skills
* Problem solver with the ability to act quickly
* Good team worker with the ability to prioritise multiple demands
* Attention to detail
* Positive attitude
* Personable and friendly approach
