Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Dalkia Facilities, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting candidates for roles including cleaning, caretaking, maintenance engineering and operations support, along with developing and delivering recruitment plans and projects for a defined business unit.
This role is a match for someone who is looking to develop their business partnering skills and broaden their experience in talent acquisition via delivering value add projects that contribute to our Talent and People strategies. You'll also enjoy working in a very fast-paced / high volume environment.
Hours of Work
* Monday - Friday 8.45-5.15, 40 hours per week
* Hybrid - 1 -2 days per week at Trafford Quays office, 2 x days per month at Runcorn office, 2 x site visits per month mainly in the North West plus quarterly team meeting attendance (locations tbc)
Responsibilities
1. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver quality talent in line with business requirements
2. Proactively sourcing and engage with candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks
