Overview
Senior Children's Support Worker - Warrington Brook Street Social Care in partnership with a well established children-centred residential care provider for young people. Salary: £34,084.00 - £37,509.00 per annum, inclusive of sleeps (depending on qualification). Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off.

Essential Requirements
* A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* A full driving licence issued in the UK
* Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
* Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
