Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator Location : Hook Salary : £25-26,000 Free Parking My client who are based near Hook are looking for a new candidate to join their busy team. We are looking for candidate who are able to multi-task and have confident communication skills. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our business customers, supporting sales activities, and resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and product information. Main Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries. Process sales orders, quotations, and returns accurately using our internal systems. Provide detailed product information, pricing, and stock availability to clients. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups. Key Skills & Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
