We are currently recruiting for an Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor on a full time and permanent basis for our client based on the outskirts of Loughborough, Leicestershire. Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday Company Benefits: · Company Pension · Employee Discount · Free Parking About the Role: The Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor will provide effective engineering and technical support to distributors and end users in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Investigate and Diagnose machines issues with an aim resolve where possible over the phone or via email. Process warranty returns. Assist in attending customer sites to carry out routine service and breakdown repairs. Progress and chase customer escalations to resolution Liaise and support various departments. Ad hoc projects as assigned Adhere to regulatory requirements including ISO19001About you: Experienced in customer services A good general knowledge of engineering practices Practical experience and knowledge of products spares and servicing Practical experience of warranties.
