Responsibilities
* Manage design quality activities (such as design review, buyoff, FMEA review etc.) for optical transceiver.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams on potential failure or sample failures.
* Participate in design review, Kaizen and failure analysis meeting.
* Maintain lesson learnt from both design phase and MP phase.
Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s or Master degree in Electrical, Optical, Mechanical or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering. Experience in optical field is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of quality analysis methodologies such as FMEA, MSA, SPC etc. Certified Six sigma green belt or above is an advantage.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as Excel, JMP, Minitab etc.
* Excellent problem-solving skill with data driven conclusions.
* Strong communication skill and work as a team member.
* Experience of PCBA circuit design or Optical design is a plus.
* Able to communicate both written and verbally in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
