The Role
As Sous Chef, youll play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef to lead, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team. Youll oversee food preparation, production, and service across multiple outlets, from restaurants and bars to hospitality and large-scale events.
Youll also take full control in the Head Chefs absence, ensuring smooth operation and consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in managing and developing the kitchen team.
Oversee food storage, preparation, cooking, and service across all areas.
Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.
Take full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
Assist with menu development and operational planning.
Foster a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

Salary: Up to £40,000 (based on a 45-hour week).

About You
Minimum of five years experience as a Sous Chef.
Reliable, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional food.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience working within professional kitchens with established SOPs and ordering systems.
