Administrator required, Portadown
a week ( Mon - Fri)

Duties
1. Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
2. Ordering stock from suppliers to fulfil customer demand and maintaining service levels
3. Chasing suppliers for overdue items
4. Resolving issues where stock does not arrive as planned
5. Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process
6. Communicating informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
7. Collating data for management reporting
8. Administrative support to the supply chain team
9. Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs
Criteria
10. Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
11. 1 year's previous experience providing administration support
12. Highly organised
13. Must have proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
14. The applicant should be dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude towards work and a clear focus on deliverable metrics
15. ***Strong Excel experience essential
