This role is ideal for a fully qualified accountant who enjoys statutory reporting, financial controls and supporting year-end processes, while also contributing to wider business improvements. What Youll Do: Prepare statutory accounts and assist with year-end financial reporting Complete monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards Maintain strong financial controls and support internal and external audits Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage general ledger accuracy Assist with tax, VAT, and regulatory submissions Support cash flow reporting and treasury activities Provide financial insights to support senior management and operational teams What Youll Need: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reporting standards Previous experience in financial accounting, audit, or similar roles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and manage deadlines What Youll Get: Competitive salary & benefits package Clear progression opportunities and long-term career growth Exposure to senior stakeholders and technical development Opportunity to influence financial processes in a growing business Supportive team environment with ongoing training
