Sheridan Ward is excited to be recruiting for a fabulous company based in the Watford area, who are on the lookout for a new Customer Coordinator to join their growing team!
This role requires someone with previous experience in scheduling engineers and managing projects.
You will be scheduling diaries and managing administrative tasks for the engineering team. Great communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Coordinator Duties:
1. Scheduling engineers on a CRM system
2. Logging and closing off requests
3. Invoicing all chargeable calls
4. Handling customer queries
5. Creating quotations promptly
6. Providing onsite parking
7. Annual leave entitlement increases with service
8. Participating in team events
