E-ppl are currently recruiting for a Parts Delivery Coordinator. The role of the Parts Delivery Coordinator will be to work alongside the teams at EMPC, collect information on part supply for new and existing builds and update this information into the storage report.
This role is based at JLR EMPC in Wolverhampton with one day a week at Lyons Park to debrief and support inbound team with part booking.
Responsibilities of a Parts Delivery Coordinator.
Gathering updates on available parts.
Coordinating the shipments to ensure the parts request ship to Lyons Park.
Supporting the EMPC teams with picking and verifying parts.
Producing shipping list/picking list for EMPC and Lyons Park to work with.
Updating GPIRS with commentary on EMPC parts delivery to empower the planning team.
Producing a slide and reporting information gathered on part supply timing and availability.
Identify issues and escalate to EMPC for correction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Delivery Coordinator.
Strong communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Organisational skills.
