Department: Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications
Full Time: 37 hours per week
Occasional evening and weekend work as required
About this role
This exciting role will involve you working with our partner schools and colleges, developing and maintaining relationships to deliver and enhance our recruitment and outreach activity. This will involve representing the University at external student recruitment events, such as UCAS Conventions and School/College Higher Education Fairs and supporting University taster sessions, campus tours and open days.
About you
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and who can communicate confidently with potential students, as well as their advisors, parents and carers about all that the University has to offer.
You will have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to cover a host of tasks to support and enable the effective organisation and delivery of workshops, projects and events.
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills are essential, with proven experience of working to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will also be good at assimilating key information regarding our course portfolio.

You will be joining a highly professional, committed and student focused community and work within a small, friendly and flexible team. Student Recruitment and Outreach sits within the wider Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications team based on the Bishop Otter Campus, Chichester.
