The Role
As a Junior Creative Strategist, youll be at the heart of how our agency develops, tests, and scales performance-driven creative on TikTok.
Youll support the wider creative and strategy teams to turn insights and trends into scroll-stopping ad concepts. From ideation and scripting to briefing creators and analysing what works - youll play a key role in helping our clients grow through data-backed creativity.
Youll collaborate closely with our TikTok marketing, production, and account management teams, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of performance creative.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, has a sharp creative instinct, and wants to develop into a world-class creative strategist.
Requirements
* 2 years of experience in a creative strategy or social media marketing role, preferably in an agency setting
* Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and what drives engagement.
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for short-form content.
* Analytical mindset - comfortable looking at data and drawing creative insights.
* Confident communicator with great attention to detail.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow fast.
* Bonus: experience with DTC/e-commerce brands or performance marketing principles and theory
Responsibilities
* Conceptualise and brief UGC-style and high-production TikTok ads, helping to translate brand messaging into engaging short-form content.
* Develop and support execution of performance creative strategies that align with client business goals.
* Analyse creative data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
* Write and edit scripts, hooks, and ad copy that align with TikTok best practices.
* Collaborate with creators and influencers to ensure content fits strategy and performance objectives.
* Work alongside the creative, production, and media buying teams to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused content.
* Keep on top of TikTok trends, formats, and creative strategies, feeding fresh insights into campaigns.
* Support in client presentations, reporting, and performance reviews.
* Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery is on time and aligned with strategy.
