Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
4. Salary: between £26,520.14 and £ 31,514.19 per annum (depending on experience)
5. Hours: 40 Hours per week
6. Shift Pattern: 5 on 3 off 5 on 2off
7. Start/Finish time: 4:00am - 1:00pm
8. Overtime entitlement available
You will:
9. Stay up to date with legal requirements
10. Strong ability to manage and motivate individuals
11. Adhere to HR processes and procedures, including investigations and disciplinary meetings
12. Set clear expectations for drivers and proactively address any concerns
13. Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation
14. Update and manage daily and weekly reports

15. Possess a solid understanding of transport legislation.
16. Confident in people management.
17. Be able to navigate potential vehicle issues or damages.
18. Be a problem solver and make key decisions.
19. Have strong communication skills.
