Shift Pattern: scheduled between 2 am and 11 pm
* Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. (air only)
* Applicants must be 18 or over to perform certain tasks or work on specific shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.
* You’ll need at least xx years' experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role.
* Must be able to commute to the airport as early as 2 am.
* Lonely working conditions are required.

AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU’LL:

* Assist with kitchen administration, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets, and cleaning records, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Support the Kitchen Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new Kitchen Team Members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
* Manage stock control and food margins.
