Key Responsibilities of Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
* Create a structured, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress.
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote student confidence and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
Requirements for Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Previous experience teaching in a school setting.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
