The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high‑performing Senior Specialist Recruiter focused on Renewables, Data Centers, and Mission‑Critical Infrastructure. Experience in any of these verticals will be considered.

What You’ll Do
* Build and manage a recruitment desk in one or more of the following sectors: renewables; data centers, mission‑critical infrastructure, Solar & BESS, Hydrogen & White collar engineering
* Source, screen, place, and close senior to executive-level talent.
* Grow client relationships, win new accounts and deepen existing partnerships.
* Handle live global project pipelines; collaborate with teams across geographies.
* Meet and exceed ambitious targets while contributing to team performance.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven recruitment experience (agency or consulting) in Renewables, Data Centers, or Mission‑Critical Infra
* Strong full‑cycle recruitment skills and business development experience
* Excellent relationship management, negotiation, communication skills
* Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable setting & achieving high targets
* Ability to operate globally, working with live projects across different regions and time zones
