What you will be doing:
* Leading and motivating a high‑performing Fleet Compliance team
* Managing day‑to‑day operational activity to achieve KPIs and service levels
* Coaching, supporting and developing team members to help them succeed
* Monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and driving best practice
* Resolving challenges quickly and effectively within a busy environment
* Supporting operational efficiency and cost control across workshop operations

Salary – £28,621 plus quarterly bonus

About you
* Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
* A customer‑first mindset with a commitment to service excellence
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence learning new systems
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and drive improvements
* The ability to motivate, coach and inspire a team in a fast‑paced environment
