Location: Bolton, Office based (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Role
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping impactful marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and boost sales performance across B2B and retail touchpoints. From planning promotional campaigns to managing product launches and trade events, this role offers variety, creativity, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and deliver high-impact promotional campaigns across retail and trade channels.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Lead end-to-end delivery of trade marketing projects, including POS displays, product launches, and in-store activations.
Oversee the creation of engaging marketing collateral such as signage, merchandising materials, and digital content.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise campaign success.
Represent the company at key trade shows and industry events, showcasing products and building brand awareness.

Key Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Trade Marketing Manager or similar role within retail or FMCG sectors.
Strong project management skills with expertise in retail marketing, store displays, and event coordination.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Highly organised, creative thinker with a commercially driven mindset.
