We’re partnering with a respected organisation to recruit a great L&D Advisor into their lovely team to play a key role in driving quality, consistency and engagement across their learning and development function. In this role, your duties will be to design and deliver learning solutions that enable the organisation to constantly evolve and develop, and in doing so making sure that the culture grows in a positive, and evolving way.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and maintain an effective corporate induction.
* Align induction with local onboarding through manager collaboration.
* Design and deliver learning interventions for annual plans and refreshers.
* Support planning of the annual L&D schedule.
* Support on an individual basis with L&D needs
* Ensure all learning content meets organisational, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
* Continuously improve learning content based on feedback and evaluation.
* Assist with risk assessments and care plan updates when needed.
* Use data and insights to support teams
About You
You’ll bring strong operational experience in Learning and Development, along with the passion and drive to lead and motivate a small team to success!
* Previous experience in an L&D coordinator/ advisor role
* Facilitation experience
* Excellent communication
* Confident with Learning Management Systems) and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to travel across multiple sites (locally)
