Job Opportunity: Registered Supported Living Manager – Gloucester

Salary: £42,000
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee 4 complex Supported Living services in the Gloucester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role where you’ll lead teams, manage resources, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Home Manager across 4 supported living services
Ensure care delivery aligns with REACH standards and person-centred approaches
Lead on budget management, staffing, and service performance
Promote high standards of care, safety, and independence for all residents
Support and develop teams across multiple sites to deliver consistent quality
Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience managing supported living or complex care services
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Holds a Registered Managers Award
Excellent understanding of LD, Autism, and person-centred care principles
Strong leadership, budget management, and service development skills
Confident in regulatory compliance and delivering service excellence
