Location: Midlands & The South
Salary: £35,000 + company car + commission

Skills & Requirements:
New Business:
* Hunt down new customers across target markets
* Open doors, spark conversations, and create opportunities
* Take prospects from first contact through to confirmed order
Growing Existing Accounts
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships
* Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Make sure key accounts are thriving and growing
Driving Projects & Pipeline
* Manage enquiries from idea stage through to production
* Keep a strong, healthy pipeline of opportunities
* Stay close to customer demand and upcoming projects
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in field sales or account management, ideally within a technical environment
* Background in aftermarket, OEM, or distribution (ideal but not essential)
* Proven ability to win new business and build relationships
* Ambitious, tenacious
