Role Responsibilities
* Lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members.
* Maintain high standards of food quality and standards, using your expertise to lead, engage, and inspire.
* Support your team through training and development, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Manage kitchen operations including food safety, health and safety standards, and financial performance such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
* Celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Passionate about supporting and developing your team.
* Experienced in managing kitchen operations and planning shifts.
* Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects of kitchen management.
* Enjoy motivating and coaching your team.
