The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting both the management and wider team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
* Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff calendars.
* Support the management team with reporting, documentation, and general office tasks.
* Assist with basic finance duties such as invoicing, expense tracking, and supplier coordination.
* Ensure office supplies and resources are stocked and managed.
* Provide administrative support to staff and management to enhance overall efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Professional, approachable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
* Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred but not essential).

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
