Each day brings variety. You might:Support someone to join a local activity or try something newHelp with daily routines and personal goalsPromote independence and wellbeingListen, share a laugh, and brighten someone's dayYou'll also take on leadership tasks, including planning rotas, supervising team members, assisting with recruitment and induction, and stepping in for the frontline manager when needed.Training and SupportSome people may need help with personal care, medication, or managing challenging behaviour.
You'll receive full training and ongoing support to feel confident in your role.Working HoursShift-based role including early and late shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. Example shifts: 07:30–15:00 and 14:30–22:00. Perhaps you have been a support worker or care worker and are now looking to step up to a more senior role with more responsibilities and greater challenges.You will need to be flexible and organised, with a positive approach.You must also be a driver with a UK manual or automatic licence, as you will be driving service vehicles, as well as possibly commuting places, using your own transport."Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorships as we await further guidance from the Home Office.
