Are you a detail-driven administrator with a knack for CRM systems and data accuracy? This could be your next big opportunity.Our client has a requirement for a CRM Administrator, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Kingston upon Thames (hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH) .Role Purpose: Support the tendering team with administrative and document control dutiesProcess large volumes of data accurately across internal systemsEnsure consistency, compliance, and version control of key documentationCoordinate communications with internal departments and stakeholdersJob Role Responsibilities: Enter and manage data for ongoing tenders using Excel and CRM systemsAssist with the preparation and collation of tender submission documentationTrack incoming documentation and maintain internal filing systemsLiaise with technical, procurement, and commercial teams for up-to-date informationEnsure deadlines are met and documentation complies with standardsSupport the onboarding and tracking of supplier informationExperience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Familiarity with CRM tools and data managementExcellent communication and organisational skillsAble to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesQuick learner with a proactive, solutions-driven approachBenefits: Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 from home)Opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering organisationLong-term contract with the potential for further developmentCompany Information: At First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
