You’ll: Lead and develop a team delivering day-to-day, cyclical, and responsive repairs. Ensure all gas and electrical works meet compliance and safety regulations. Use data and KPIs to manage budgets and performance effectively. Drive service improvements, innovation, and continuous professional development. Work collaboratively across property services, contractors, and internal teams. Provide out-of-hours support on a shared rota.
