Business Operations Internship – Purchasing, Accounts & Inventory

As we expand, we’re opening up exciting opportunities for motivated students to gain real-world experience across Purchasing, Accounts, and Inventory Management.
This placement is designed to give you practical business skills, valuable industry exposure, and the chance to secure a future role with us.
Your Placement Options
We’re offering six placements (two per department):
🔹 Purchasing
* Conduct supplier research and product comparisons.
* Support order processing and supplier communication.
* Gain insight into sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
🔹 Accounts
* Assist with bookkeeping and invoice management.
* Reconcile accounts and support financial reporting.
* Learn how finance supports business growth in e-commerce.
🔹 Inventory Management
* Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems.
* Support incoming and outgoing goods processes.
* Get hands-on experience with stock audits and reporting.
Who We’re Looking For
* Current university students (Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related).
* Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Confident with MS Office / Google Workspace.
* Enthusiastic team players with an interest in building a career in e-commerce.
