We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Co-ordinator within our On Wing Support team based at Heathrow. You will be working as part of a team supporting a busy component stores with stock control functions.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
* Inventory Management
* Run daily reports in SAP for buying picking etc
* Receipt of Goods including spec qty damage etc
* Review of documentation received with each shipment
* Receipt of goods and allocation
* Collation of stock where necessary
* Prioritise workload in conjunction with M&L team
* Remain compliant in all tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Shipping of goods
* Expedite POs, elevate when needed i.e. AOG situation
* Other stores tasks that may be reasonably requested from time to time
Desired Characteristics
* Proven experience of stock control systems
* Strong understanding of Inventory management
* Knowledge of SAP or inventory management systems
* Understanding of import / export customs processes
* Fork Lift Truck experience would be beneficial
* Purchasing experience
Qualifications / Requirements
* Computer literate Outlook Word and Excel experience
* Demonstrate strong level of verbal and written English
* Strong organisational skills including multi-tasking
* Analytical with an accurate way of working incl time management
* Excellent customer service
* Awareness of attention to detail
* Able to work independently while also being a good team player
