The Finance Manager will play a key role in improving financial controls, strengthening working capital, reducing debtor days, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a growing business and can introduce best practice, efficiency, and strong financial discipline. Key responsibilities include: Month-End, Reporting & Forecasting - Deliver accurate month-end accounts within 5 working days Produce monthly management accounts, departmental reporting, and financial analysis Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor cash position on a regular basis Provide working capital insights and process improvement recommendations Financial Operations & Controls - Maintain strong internal financial controls and documentation Leadership & Team Management - Lead and support the Accounts Administrator, ensuring high performance and accuracy across all finance tasks Credit Control & Debtor Management Sales Ledger & Customer Accounts Purchase Ledger & Supplier Management This employer is open to applications from those who are fully qualified Accountants (CAI, ACCA, CIMA) and those who are qualified-by-experience and who have previous experience in the duties outlined above.
