Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Office Administrator for our client based in Westcott.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Salary: £28,000
Duties
* Processing sales orders
* Processing invoices
* Answering incoming phone calls from customers to discuss order, deliveries and product information
* Managing a mailbox
Requirements
* Previous sales order processing/invoicing
* Confident in using Microsoft Packages and Sage is desirable
* Your own transport due to the location
