Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B marketing and digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring that our brand message is consistent across all platforms.
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
* Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
* Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics for various campaigns.
* Maintain and update the company website using WordPress to ensure content is current and engaging.
* Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI on advertising spend.
* Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.
* Create compelling copy for various channels including email marketing, social media, and website content.
* Manage social media accounts to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
* Collaborate with IT to ensure that all digital platforms are functioning optimally for user experience.
* Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
