We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team, supporting the development, integration and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across Terumo Aortic.
Please note: This role requires hands‑on experience with MasterControl or another electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). This is a key requirement and will be central to success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business needs and propose effective system‑based solutions
* Conduct business process mapping and impact analysis for change requests
* Support the integration, implementation and upgrading of business applications
* Work closely with project teams, business process owners and SMEs to define best‑fit solutions
* Provide 2nd / 3rd line functional support for core business applications
* Support system validation activities including testing and documentation within a regulated environment
* Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver optimal system performance
* Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of application processes in line with IT strategy
* Promote adoption of integrated systems and support legacy system retirement
Essential
About You
* Proven experience with MasterControl or another eQMS platform
* Experience implementing or supporting business applications in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong business process mapping, analysis and problem‑solving capability
* Experience working with integrated systems and cross‑functional teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* Experience within a regulated industry (e.g. medical devices, pharma)
* Degree in IT, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
