Role: IT Manager
Location: Matlock (Fully On-Site)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Network IT are partnering with an expanding organisation to recruit an IT Manager who will take full responsibility for their IT function. This role will act as the central point for all IT-related activities, ensuring systems operate effectively, resolving technical issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and standards.
This position is highly hands-on and requires a broad technical capability, providing support across 1st to 3rd line, working closely with third-party vendors, and contributing towards shaping IT strategy. The environment is predominantly cloud-based, utilising Microsoft 365, alongside some Legacy on-premise infrastructure supporting key business operations, so confidence working across both is essential.
Alongside day-to-day ownership, you will take control of the organisation's IT strategy, developing both short-term and long-term roadmaps to improve the current environment. This will include introducing modern technologies, aligning with industry best practices, and driving continuous innovation across the business.
