Part‑time Junior Office Assistant
Location
Staines‑upon‑Thames, UK. Office mandatory day‑ Tuesday, with expected travel to Slough, Staines, Maidenhead, High Wycombe.
Salary
£24,500‑£25,000 pro rata basis.
Position Type
Part‑time (2.5 days per week, pro rata).

Role Overview
We are seeking a Part‑time Junior Office Assistant to support daily office operations, property‑related coordination, and general administrative tasks in our Staines‑upon‑Thames location.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administrative responsibilities, problem‑solving, and supporting smooth daily business operations in both an office and property context.
Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines‑upon‑Thames and have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily administrative support to the operations team.
* Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets.
* Manage scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports.
* Assist with procurement and supplier coordination (quotes, purchase orders, etc.).
* Support office logistics including equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination.
* Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance needs.
* Assist with coordinating safety checks, inspections, and contractor visits.
* Support documentation and compliance processes (leases, certificates, etc.).
* Support rent tracking and budget expense monitoring.
Skills & Qualifications
* Recent graduate or early‑career professional.
* Experience or study in Administration, Property, or similar fields (open to all backgrounds).
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer‑service approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Proactive and reliable with the ability to manage varied tasks independently.
* Driving licence preferred (for occasional site visits).
