Registered Home Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Bonus!
Location and hours: Leamington Spa - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Time Recruitment is assisting an innovative provider who have 6 homes operating in the West Midlands area. We are recruiting for a nurse-trained Registered Home Manager for a 42 bed service in Leamington Spa. The Registered Home Manager will benefit from excellent support from the senior management team, which includes an operations manager and an operations director who are both clinically trained, alongside a very approachable managing director to ensure support is there every step of the way. This job is suitable for a Deputy who is ready to step up or a Home Manager.

Registered Home Manager Position Overview
* To support with the day-to-day operations of the homes
* To raise any safeguarding incidents ensuring they are being actioned
* Ensure all compliance is completed
* To create and implement action plans
* Maintain confidentiality and data at all times
* Bring the cost down of agency usage
* Budget management
Requirements for the Home Manager
* Nurse Qualified
* Previous experience in a nursing home as Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead role so therefore a good step up opportunity
* Good CQC reports
