Responsibilities
* As a Practice Coordinator, your responsibilities will include…
* Oversee the day to day running of the clinics and effectively manage incoming enquiries
* Act as a liaison between patients and surgical team, provide pre- and post-operative support
* Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetist, nurses and office staff to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure patient information is accurate and up to date, maintaining confidentiality
* Assist with preparing exam and procedure rooms and managing and stocking supplies
Qualifications
* Experience as an Office Manager, Admin, Office Coordinator or similar
* Previous experience as a Medical PA or similar would be desirable
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proactive, organised with excellent attention to detail
* A keen problem solver with the ability to think on their feet
* Driving licence, access to a vehicle and eligibility for DBS clearance
Benefits
In return, the successful Practice Coordinator will receive a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata), plus the following benefits…
