NQ Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - £43,000 – Dorking, Surrey – office based
Our client is a highly respected, full-service law firm with a distinguished reputation, operating from three offices across Surrey. Known for their commitment to excellence, they have consistently earned recognition and accolades, including being highly ranked in the Legal 500.
They have an opening for a motivated and detail orientated NQ Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their reputable private client department and contribute to their continued success.
The role
You will join a team of 2 and be part of a wider team of 11 spread across all 3 offices. Under supervision you will manage your own caseload across a broad spectrum of private client matters such as:
* Will drafting, both simple and complex
* Estate and tax planning
* Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax advice
* Probate and Estate Administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
What they are looking for
* Recently qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with a focus on private client law
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to build strong client relationships and work empathetically with individuals during sensitive times
* High ethical standards and professional integrity
