HR Advisor (Permanent)
Full-time | Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 DOE
Are you a confident, people-focused HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team in a dynamic, generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations.
Location and Working Arrangements:
Based in Yeovil | 4 days on site with 1 day WFH, with travel to multiple sites. A driving license and access to transport are essential as some travel to UK sites will be required.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
* Coaching and advising line managers on HR policies and best practices.
* Supporting workforce planning, restructures, and change management projects.
* Contributing to HR policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
* Strong knowledge and application of UK employment law and employee relations.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
* Willingness to travel to sites as required (expenses covered).
